I am fine with them. The service has been good and I haven't had any problems with it. My phone lines are also run through Qwest. They send me a monthly statement for my service.

Technician showed up on time and finished quickly. Phone service worked as ordered. Written instructions for how to operate voicemail and other phone line functions did not arrive in the mail until five days after installation (including a weekend). That means we did not have access to set up our voice mail for the first five days of service.
