Phone Service - Cellular
I spend about $120 on them. I think they are very good for the money I pay. I do not get very good reception in my area. Also, I was getting overbilled for months. It took a long time to take care of that. The customer service people seemed willing, but the information was not getting into the computer. I will continue to use them.

Landline Phone Service
Includes unlimited long distance for $20 a month, caller id, voicemail, and call waiting. It's good, they are reliable. I have never had the service go out, what does that say?

Was overcharged for billing, asked to have services taken off, services were not taken off further more I have to call each month to get bill!

THE REPAIRMAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE TO EVALUATE MY INTERNET SERVICE WAS VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS, BUT ULTIMATELY DID NOT DIAGNOSIS THE CORRECT PROBLEM. I SPENT MANY MORE HOURS FIGURING OUT THE PROBLEM MYSELF AFTER ALSO SPENDING A LOT OF TIME (IN EXCESS OF 20 HOURS SPEAKING TO SOME OF QWEST TECHNICIANS ON THE PHONE AS WELL. ULTIMATELY I SOLVED MY OWN PROBLEM.
