Kirk did a great job. He was very thorough and worked hard on some pet spots. I called back. He came a second time to work on the tough pet spots at no charge.

I'VE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AS THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO GET OUT ANY AND ALL SPOTS. KIRK DAVIS, THE OWNER, REALLY UNDERSTANDS CARPET CARE AND EDUCATED ME ON HOW TO BEST TAKE CARE OF MY BERBER CARPET AT MY OLD HOUSE AND NOW A MUCH THICKER CARPET AT MY NEW HOUSE. HE CAN USUALLY GET YOU SCHEDULED WITHIN A WEEK OF CONTACTING HIM.
