"I am sorry that this customer was dissatisfied. When she first contacted us with her concerns we offerred to come out and make any neccesary repairs and do our best to satisfy her. She was very pleased with the wallpaper job that we had done in her kitchen. While at her home she continued to complain about all the other previous tradesman that she had do work for her and this should have served as a red flag for us. We had to reschedule these bathrooms because she did not have enough material, when we went out the first time. We were told that she would not be receiving the needed amount for quite some time because it was on back order. When she called back a few days later and told us that she had received the new amount we were not able to get back out for a few days because a commitment to a large interior paint job. She was very abusive to me on the phone because I could not come out right away and she was abusive from that time on. She still did not have enough material when we did get back to finish the work and we were told to piece it in as best we could. I am sorry that she is unhappy and have offered to come back address any concerns that she may have but would like to avoid being verbally abused."
