Kevin's guys arrived on time and got right to work. Well organized, each man new his role on the team.
Kevin assigned one of the guys to help me plant a large bush-he dug the hole and helped set the plant. This was not in the scope of his original bid. They also made a couple of sprinkler repairs all at no additional cost.
