Tom is certified Master Care Carpet Cleaner, and has cleaned my carpets for years; as always, he did an excellent job! Jackie was wonderful to schedule our cleaning at our convenience, and reschedule due to snow. Tom called me at the beginning of the job to confirm what was to be done, thoroughly cleaned the carpets, applied scotchgard and even cleaned the pet beds! Tom was able to get out all the dingy dirt from the carpet at the garage entrance and it looks brand new! Thank you PCM!

The carpet is very clean- even spots that the last cleaner had told me could not come up. The price was competitive with services I have liked much less. They also moved small furniture- which was helfpul. The carpet was a little damp at the end.

They were a little bit late, but very apologetic about it. I think that they were just lost. They did a wonderful job even on a stain. I will have them back again.
