BEWARE: This man is completely unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional!
We hired Allan Trujillo on 12 August 2013 for a landscaping project and were told by him the job would only take about 5 days to complete, at a cost of $9728. We paid him $3728 upfront. He and his crew worked hard to begin with, but after 5 days the job was less than 40% complete and he came to us for the second installment. In good faith we gave him an additional $3000. BIG MISTAKE! Because after we gave him the additional money we never saw his crew again, and apart from him and his young son working on our project 2-3 hours at a time maybe every 3-5 days, he has basically abandoned our project! And here we are a month later!!! -- The job is still only about 40% complete and this guy had the audacity to expect he should be PAID IN FULL before going any further on our project! It is apparent that he has mishandled our funds and now he does not have enough to pay for the materials (pavers, fencing, sod, plants, & labor) in order to finish the job! He even tried to trick us into giving him more money, by telling us he had ordered the pavers and wanted us to give him a check for the balance due ($3000) before any pavers were delivered AND with 60% of the job left to be completed! Well, we're not stupid enough to pay this guy anymore money. Of course no pavers ever showed up, and neither did Allan. Well, this has gone on long enough. And although we have given Allan every opportunity to make things right, he refuses to do anymore work unless he is paid at least another $2000 and he refuses to
give us an appropriate refund of any money paid to him over and above the cost of materials he actually paid for and delivered to our home, plus one third the labor cost. And so now we have to take this shyster to court in order to get our money back!

PERFECT! Quick response to come out and give me free estimate, I accepted his bid and he came back the next morning
to do the job! Was careful to not ruin my garden right next to the dead tree, and saved the vine, and queried me about
trimming the sidewalk branches since they were lower than the legal limit - I said ok / good idea and he deftly took care of trimming them. He asked if I would like the wood for firewood - I jumped at it - and at no extra charge he cut the dead wood into
fireplace size pieces and stacked them near my other stacked wood. Raked and swept all the sawdust and twigs away leaving
my driveway cleaner than when he arrived. HE / THEY ARE AWESOME!
