Fantastic job, did not try to up sell us. His recommendation for the insulation was great, will keep our basement nice and warm in the winter. Prompt , clean and communicated quickly.

He came out and looked over the problem. Found exactly where the insulation needed to go. He was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. I just have not had the work done.

After a very bad experience with Big Al's Insulating service (a different review) on a Saturday October 13th, 2012, I immediately started looking for someone else to insulate my house.  I started making calls, but since it was a Saturday, no one was answering their phones.  I called and left a message at Pro Services, Much to my surprise, Evan, the owner of the company called back almost immediately. He offered to come over that afternoon and bid the job.  He showed up very close to the time we had set. I explained to him what had happened earlier that morning.  He told me if he got the job, he would come over and do the job personally.  His bid was within $75.00 of the bid from Big Al's. I hired him right then and there. 
He and his helper arrived at my home at 7:00 a.m. on October 18th.  He did exactly as he told me and he did the entire job himself while his assistant stayed in the truck manning the insulation and the equipment there.  I had to leave for the airport no later than 11:00 a.m. that morning.  He was completely done with the job and had everything cleaned up by 10:30 a.m. 
X-Cel offers an energy rebate for attic insulation.  Evan and I had discussed this and he told me he would fill out all of the necessary paperwork for me and send it to me in the mail.  That was Thursday, October 18th.  I had the paperwork in my mailbox on Tuesday, October 21st.  It was complete and ready to go once I signed it. 
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs insulation.
