Though my move took place prior to the cleaning. The fact I could trust them to use a lockbox to get in to clean without being there, reflects on they're professional conduct to do a good job. Alex was friendly and ontime. Easy to work with. After talking with many carpet cleaning companies this one was the only one that made sure I would get the best service for what I was paying for. My floors were cleaned and look wonderful and my pet stains are gone. Will definitely hire again for my carpet needs.
