I brought my 2005 Honda Pilot in because of a grinding noise in the front end. Mondo and Stephen were at the front desk and had me drop the car off and after about two hours called and told me that the front wheel bearing was shot and the transfer case was also in bad shape. Stephen gave me a few options on the transfer case. The cheapest one to use a used one from another vehicle that only had 40,000 miles on it. They went to work on the car and it was ready to go in just over one day. When I picked up the car, Stephen told me that he had purchased an extended warranty on the transfer case so that if anything went wrong in the next year, parts and labor were covered - he did that at no charge to me, pretty classy.The guys are all very knowledgeable and friendly, and they definitely stand behind their work. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs.

I had heard this place was good and I decided to give them a try. When I went in, there were a few customers inside. No one even acknowledged me or said they would be with me soon. I waited for a long time before someone helped me and I told them the car did not pass emissions so I needed to know what was wrong with it. They did not call me and I had to call them the next day to see if they even got around to it. Then they quoted me over 1000.00 and said I needed a new catalytic converter. I knew that was not true and told them not to do the work. Then they wanted to charge me 155.00 for looking at the car even though their AD says "Never a charge to check out your car". I questioned them about it and they made some excuse about how that didn't apply to some repairs. I said then it should say that in their ad. The owner (?) Al had me talk to him in his office probably so the other customers wouldn't hear what I was saying. But he apologized and refunded the money but I feel he was just covering his a** and his mechanics, too because they were caught in a lie. You have to take a catalytic converter out to see if it is bad, not just guess it is bad. Anyway, I went down the street to Comprehensive Car Care and it just needed an oxygen sensor and the repair cost 300.00 and it passed the emissions the same day. Saving 700.00 is a huge difference to me. Beware of Pro Auto Care, especially if you are a woman. Use Comprehensive Car Care, they are totally the opposite.

They are always honest with their work. It's definitely more expensive than a mom and pop type place, but at least they don't charge for and do things you don't need.

It was on the high side but it was good work. They were nice and professional but the job was expensive.

Been taking my cars here exclusively for seven years. The boys (and girls!) at ProAuto always take great care of your car, and you. They explain everything completely, along with honestly assessing how high a priority any repair should be for you. They will rank things in order of importance if you can't afford a lot of repairs at once. The shop is immaculate, and your car will be fixed correctly the first time.

They are very well known.  They are absolutely excellent.  They are very thorough and they explain everything.  If you are on a budget, they will give you an order of importance and you can plan that way; that’s really nice when you are dealing with used cars.  They are so timely and they would call to tell us where they were in the process.  They didn’t proceed with anything unless authorized.  Their price was very reasonable compared to other places.  I don’t have to worry about them messing around with the price once they have given me one.  That’s what I had heard about them before too and I found it to be absolutely true.

I have forgotten the date, it was during the winter of 2011 - (January?).  I had the the rack of the rack and pinion steering replaced by a different shop.  There was problems with the steering and the shop that installed the rack was unable to find the problem after three times and several days in the shop.  I made an appointment with Pro Auto Care.  They correctly diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes and had it repaired in an hour!

My wife has taken her cars to Pro Auto Care for years.  There has never been anything except excellent service done quickly and economically.  They are the best

It went perfectly.

My car wouldn't start when I tried to leave the house first thing in the morning. I called Pro Auto Care and they told me what towing company they used. I called the towing company and they took the car to the shop, where a bad battery was diagnosed as the problem. I authorized Pro Auto Care to replace the battery, which they did. When I picked up the car, I asked how much the tow bill was, as that was to be paid along with the repairs. I was told it was $71.00, although the towing company had quoted me $50.00 for a hook-up and $2.00 per mile for towing. The distance was only two miles. When I pointed this out to the assistant manager, he verified the price with the towing company and charged me $54.00 for the towing. I had a $20.00 coupon, which they cheerfully honored. The $125.00 was what I actually paid for the installed battery after the coupon was deducted. I was pleased that the problem could be fixed so easily and quickly, although I was told they'd call me in an hour, and it was over two before I heard from them. This was a Monday morning, which may have added to the time required.

They seem to be very knowledgeable. They explained everything well. It seemed a little pricey. They were kind to take me home and pick me back up again when the car was ready. They took my car in and got everything done the same day.

They are efficient and can get you in quickly. I like that they tell you everything they see, but don't pressure you to get all the work done. They always greet you when you come in and are happy to answer questions as well as explain anything to you necessary. The one time that I had a problem with them then bent over backwards to correct it.

I've been taking my Japanese-made vehicles to Pro Auto Care for many years and have always been pleased with the work they do and the service they provide. They have worked on three different cars for me, and have done a careful and thorough job each time. They don't try to sell me work that isn't needed, and they honestly assess the relative importance of the items they do recommend for service. I recommend them highly.

I can truly say that they keep my car running and they are terrific. They are very reliable and they are a place that I can depend upon. The rates for service are very reasonable and the customer service is excellent.
