The technician showed up on time and promptly went through the house checking to see if there was any activity. He found none. We previously had Alpha Ecological, which merged with Presto-X. We have found that the level of service that we had with Alpha Ecological has remained high with Presto-X. One area that we cannot recommend is Presto-X's monthly payment program. The book keeping at Presto-X is inconsistent and spotty at best. We were constantly having to call them to get our bills. We were originally on the quarterly plan with Alpha Ecological, tried the monthly payment plan with Presto-X and eventually returned to the quarterly plan. Unless you are experiencing ongoing infestations, there is no real savings in being on their monthly plan. The cost is the same, and they only show up quarterly.
