Prestige installed our patio about 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier. Our small yard is finally usable! We have spent more time outside as a family in these past 2 months than we ever did in the past 3 years. Great communication and customer support.

We got a driveway removed and poured, along with a new slab on the side of the house. Their bid was in the middle, and they were available. We hired them and they showed up 2 hours late, but that is contractors for you. Once job was done we paid cash. We immediately had issues with concrete being splashed all over our vinyl siding and not cleaned up. We didn’t complain about that at first. Within 3 weeks a huge section cracked. We reached out and we’re told they would come out and repair it, nothing else. They came out and repaired the concrete and did a totally different texture so it looks like seperate concrete. While doing this they did a subpar job and had immediate cracks near house. I reached back out and was told once you have something repaired their warranty ends. I told her (Laura) wife o. Of owner so believe that wasn’t in the contract and also pointed out the numerous typos on that contract. When I mentioned that it wasn’t in the contract I told her they need to make it right and it’s up to them to approach this. They never responded. 2 years later no response, and now the surface is chipping away all over randomly and cracks are chipping away also. I paid $8500 in cash and they treated me like s***. I’ll be going the long route of taking them to court soon. I have all emails and texts, and the contract so it’s pretty simple. I’ll never understand why they wouldn’t repair their shorty work and stand by their own company verse what is about to come their way. Communication terrible. Accountability terrible Work subpar Price average Wouldn’t recommend to my worst every if I had one. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else unless you want to waste your hard earned money and be paying 2 years later to HOPEFULLY salvage their work.
