Gerardo came and gave me a detailed estimate with everything he proposed listed with the pricing. We had several sections of the original composite siding that had deteriorated over the years replaced, resealed and had the house repainted. Gerardo and his crew did an excellent job. Our project was a difficult project on an old house, 1892, in Capitol Hill. Prestige was the fourth company I contacted and the only one that bid it. Great communication, great work, well organized and we ended with a beautiful result. Highly recommend.

Excellent job. Aside from a small amount of flashing left behind, the job was done in a timely, professional manner.

They respond quickly. They got me a very reasonable quote ASAP and scheduled the work right away for me. They are professional, and I was very pleased with the end product. I had hired a previous company that botched the entire job and Prestige came out and tore it all off and fixed it the right way. Siding, flashing, trim around windows and door, a gutter, and then paint! Wish I knew how to add a picture . Looks amazing!!

Gerardo came to our house the day after I called . He provided a very detailed written estimate of the work he and his crew would do to repair the fascia on our cedar home. Snow and extreme cold delayed the work but he kept in frequent phone/text to reschedule. The work was completed the first day weather cleared. He and Hector completed the work exactly as his estimate stated. He was truthful, skillful, provided all materials, had his own insurance and was a pleasure to work with. Iâ ll call Prestige Exterior Home Improvement and Gerardo again.

The quality of work was good, but they did not show when they said they would, then when they finally did show, increased quote by 50%. They broke the back porch light and have not fixed it and I have yet to receive a receipt.

We hired Prestige Exterior Home Improvement to replace the soffits, fascia and gutters for our HOA run condominium building. Outstanding level of communication, workmanship and value. Gerado communicated everything step made sure everything stayed on time. Kudos to the team.!

The work was good, Gerardo was excellent but they did have to come back a few times to fix a few things. No push back they were happy to make the fixes.

Their estimator communicated with me very well about the project details.Their workers were all hard workers, prompt, nice and did REALLY quality work. When it s time for a new roof or a whole house paint job, they will definitely be getting a call from me.

We obtained four estimates to remove siding from the back of our house, close gaps between the frame and foundation, and replace the siding with all necessary weather protection. Gerardo with Prestige is the only contractor who fully understood the problem and what we wanted. Gerardo was able to explain what he thought we needed and fully addressed all of our concerns. The work began within a couple of weeks after obtaining a written estimate. The work took a little longer than expected but the work was done well. Everything is sealed, the new paint and siding match the old materials and Gerardo ensured the area was cleaned up and completed before asking for payment. We would hire Prestige again.

Prestige responded promptly to my request for a repair estimate. Their repair work was outstanding and exceeded the original trim around the windows. Gerardo and his crew were very professional. I am happy to recommend Prestige Exterior to others.
