The Denver branch of Premier Roofing is dedicated to serving the restoration roofing needs of single-family homeowners and multi-family communities in the area. When hail or wind causes damage to roofs in our area, we go to the impacted neighborhoods to help homeowners get their roofs restored as quickly as possible. We work with all insurance companies, ensuring the only out of pocket cost to homeowners is their deductible. Work done well and quickly. Couple of small problems handled. They dealt completely with my insurance company and basically left me out of it. They also were here to ensure that the insurance estimator saw all the damage including that which was not related to the roof.

Work was done fast and on time once work got going. We had a couple of complicated items on the roof and they helped resolve them and get the roof done right. Also appreciated how they negotiated with the insurance company to get extra things covered.

Quite well John Szelest was very helpful especially after the original representative quit and we had difficulty contacting Premier to tie up some loose ends after the job was finished. A complicating factor for us were our solar panels that had to be removed and then reinstalled. The entire process did take several months, but now everything is complete. They installed a hail resistant shingle that resulted in a nice reduction in our house insurance.

ZERO issues. Good communications throughout entire wait time(which was quite an accomplishment considering the state of Colorado was being HAMMERED with roof insurance claims). Excellent product. This company stands head and shoulders above all of them.

The project went very smoothly from bid through inspection. The entire roof tear off and replacement was completed by the crew in a (very long) day. The solar panel for a new attic fan was mounted in a less than optimal location, and Premier was happy to come back out and relocate it, and replace shingles where it was originally mounted. Premier worked directly with our insurance adjuster to get additional coverage to bring the roof up to current code. The work was completed just a week or so before the September 2013 floods, and came through compeltely dry and intact.

Matt called first thing in the morning following my Angies List inquiry the night before. By 10 am he was at my house giving me a quote. He returned by noon with the supplies and was finished in 45 minutes. The patch was done to my specifications and looks great.

The crew was professional. The lead communicated well. The roofing went well.
I did not receive the bonus $ they promised for the referral to roof my brothers house. My brother also did not receive the bonus $ for advertising.
