Preferred Sprinklers

I hired them to do a few of my rentals and it was good. I hired them last fall and would not hire them again. Did explain the system, didn’t put weed barrier down when they laid the mulch and rock. They said since we are selling it , it wouldn’t matter.. Sprinkler heads sunk down and had to raise them. They did say they would fix the mulch (weed barrier) back in May. Haven’t Heard from them.

New system design and install

This is the second time we've hired them and we're very satisfied with their work. Friendly crew and they got right to work. They finished in good time.

Easy to get appointment. Showed up on time and was able to fix the problem right away. Checked all the other sprinkler heads and fix a few. Offered recommendations and did not overcharge. Very nice experience.

They are amazing. I've been since 2015 and they have always been spot on. They did the install and do the service. I'm amazed, they do great work. I highly recommend them.

We had several company's come out and give us an estimate to replace the stop and waste valve. They price was all over the place. A lot of company's were just too busy to do the work. I believe they were smaller businesses taking on too many customers. We couldn't find anyone in the spring so we let it go all summer. Frustrated with trying to water the lawn with the watering restrictions we decided to get it done. Tom and a plumber came out the week after we called. My husband and a friend had already dug down 4 feet to find the valve. But it wasn't nearly wide enough for a body to get in and do the work. Done in one day and all my dirt that sat in the driveway all summer was finally back where it belonged. They had to run the sprinklers of course to make sure it worked. I got a call from the office to set up a time to blow out the sprinklers and was told it would be something like $79. I was shocked to think after spending $1165.00 that they would charge me to do that. The only reason they had to blow out the sprinklers was because they needed to make sure the valve worked. The sprinklers were blown out already from the year before. The lady who called had me call Tom who did the job. He did take it off the bill but I'm sure only to make me happy. Thank you Tom. We won't know ourselves how everything works until next year but I'm very confident we won't have any problems. We will be calling them in the spring to check our sprinkler heads. I'm happy to have found a company that I feel I can trust to do the job they say they will do. We will absolutely use them again!

I needed a lawn sprinkler at a rental property I recently purchased. As I always do I got estimates from 3 lawn sprinkler companies , Preferred came in with the lowest bid. They arrived early on the day I scheduled the work. The installation crew was professional and completed the job that day. Before leaving they walked me through how to operate the system and did a zone by zone review to ensure I was completely satisfied with coverage.
I have several rental properties and do an occasional flip. I've had them do repairs, winterize systems, and turn-ons in the spring. They've always showed up for appointments and their workmanship has always been top notch. 
If you are planning to install a lawn sprinkler they come with my highest recommendation. I've used other companies. In my opinion Preferred Sprinklers is the best in the metro area.

We had other providers and decided to try Preferred Sprinklers.  They were professional from the get go!  We were late  in turning on our system and was able to make an appoinment within a few days.  They showed up well within their suggest two hour time frame! Nice - I love when that happens! He was professional and even noticed a two heads had damage. He quickly replaced the heads and we were good to go! The price was affordable and reasonable for the service provided.  I will be using them again this fall.
