I am under so much stress and am frustrated with this man. I have concerns about the delivery and installation of our windows. This Bob also said that they'd get here when they get here and his silver tongue sales tactics really sharpened in critical ways once they cashed our check. I hope this story has a happier ending but if you're looking for a professional company to do business with you might want to shop around. I wish I had.
