About us

Hello, my name is Mark Posiviata, owner of P.C. Services. We offer a full line of residential design, building, restoration, and repair services that cover almost any job no matter how large or small. We have been in business since 1993, getting my start while enrolled at Colorado State for Construction Management and continuing to run what was at that time Positive Designs almost continuously until now. I did however take a couple off years to work for; All Seasons Sunrooms, as a designer/ project manager, and Seremet Development Group as a project manager, and getting to do interior, and full production drawing design on multiple large remodels, and (2) multi-million dollar spec. homes. In addition we have completed multiple Historical District projects from design to completion and pretty much any kind of remodel project imaginable, and some that were only imaginable to me. I try to encompass creativity and artistry into everything I do, especially my work, and my past clients will verify that. We are fully licensed and insured. Pretty much any residential home related service, no matter how large or small, can be completed directly by PCS or one or more of our fully qualified subcontractors. We are also able to handle most light commercial projects, limited to a class "B" license.

Went Very Very well. He was out to do the measurements 2 weeks prior to the work. Windows should up exactly when I was told to expect him and he came out the very same day to begin installation. The windows fit perfectly and look absolutly wonderfull. And the price came in a few hundred dollars less than the others i had quote the job. A+++ highly recomend
Description of Work: Had a bunch of old windows replaced in my 1962 home.
