Beware of Pole of Cold Air Mechanical Inc. I had 2 HVAC systems replaced with them in 8/2025. Their rep. Elias, was nice until they got their money. The day after installation, I found they cheated every place they could. I called , texted and emailed them asking them to correct their doing but besides texting me back that they will look into that they haven?t done anything. Partial list: 1. Didn?t get the right size filter racks and didn?t fully fabricated the connection between them to the air handlers. The result- air into one air handler is not filtered. Other air handler is fully open from the back. 2. They didn?t pull a permit for the job although it is specified in the contract. Result- Can?t file for the CPS Energy rebate for neither one of the systems. 3. Air handlers were not wired correctly. Result- instead of 9-speeds, it blows air ONLY in FULL speed- VERY LOAD. 4. Didn?t provide UV light they quoted. 5. Didn?t tie down the condensers. Reached max letter alowed

They took pride in their work and wanted to make sure the job was completed correctly, not in the shortest time possible. I would call them again and have referred them to friends and neighbors.

We hired Pole of Cold for an extensive amount of work, including completely changing out our central AC. They were knowledgeable, thorough, neat, efficient and did excellent work. Pole of Cold is by far the most professional company I have worked with to meet my AC needs. Pole of Cold installed a Carrier AC machine which has been very efficient and my FPL bill went down approximately $100 per month which is amazing! They are responsive, kept their appointment date and time and very neat and organized with their installation. In addition, they helped me register my unit to ensure I received the warrantee, this is an example of going above and beyond for your customer! They added an additional support underneath the AC as this one was bigger and it looks great! I would highly recommend Elias and his team as a top South Florida AC company!.
