Plumber 911
About us
We are a small plumbing company with 2 master plumbers and 2 sewer cleaning technicians. We all came from a big franchise company that went out of business. After closing the doors we decided to open a honest plumbing outfit at affordable prices. We own all our equipment and trucks, have no franchise fee's and operate our main office out of one of our homes. Having low overhead allows us to offer the lowest possible price for a licensed plumber that pulls permits and gets city inspections. We do everything the larger companies do including sewer line repair and replacement. We don't sub-contract any of our work to other companies but we do sub-contracting work for other small plumbing companies that don't operate at the same capacity as we do. We stand behind our work and will warranty our work for free. We dont charge a trip charge and don't charge for estimates, nights weekends or holidays. We except all major credit cards, checks and cash. We do offer financing.

I had also used Plumber 911 previously, back in March of this year, when I needed to get a plumbing inspection done on short notice for my insurance company before closing on our house. They were able to work with the sellers' realtor to send somebody out, and again it was all taken care of within 24 hours.
On the phone I described what the job was ....replace copper tubing that feeds the swamp cooler on my roof....When the plumber showed up I discovered that he did not carry a ladder capable of getting on the roof...(this is one of the reasons I hired someone else to do it...because I don't own a ladder!) We had to borrow a neighbors ladder.
The job itself was fairly simple I just wanted someone with a ladder to get on my roof other than me...and I wanted a plumber to gaurantee that the fittings wouldn't leak...figuring they had a better sense of what was happening with the fittings than I would. At first glance he thought that the job would require flared fittings which require a flaring tool...which he did not own! A plumber that doesn't own a flaring tool? But he discovered that they were simple compression fittings.
Throughout the job I was his unpaid laborer...holding the ladder so he didn't fall....pulling out old tubing.....helping to feed tubing through the house...I felt slightly taken advantage of because I was paying him to do all this!
As far as price...the quote I received is exactly what I paid....it was in fact, exactly what I had made up my mind the job was worth...so a fair price.
