PLATTE RIVER KITCHENS

I ordered bamboo cabinets with solid bamboo doors and pull out shelves in all cabinets. I paid extra for eco boxes since I wanted an eco product. The 'eco' cabinets came with vinyl trim that is not 'eco'. They arrived with MDF core doors and bamboo vaneers; the table height cabinets came without pull out shelves. MDF products use glues that are usually not eco. I kept them because I would take so long to order new ones from another company and this kitchen remodel already took 6 months, while I lived in it. Platte River Kitchens did order the pull out shelves needed, but they took several weeks. I had them installed. My installer had to set a lot of the screws in the cabinet shelf hardware that were not put in all the way. The cabinets are lovely; however, not what I ordered. I suggest that you get a full list and product description if you use this company. I think they would be easier to work with if they did their very expensive installation themselves.
