Our team has completed over 3000 inspections in the Denver area since the business was started in 2011. We stand apart in the home inspection industry because we are devoted to exceptional customer service in addition to providing a thorough home inspection. We are new to Angie's List, but we have a 9.7 out of 10 rating which includes over 750 customer ratings that are accessible via our website. Our friendly staff will spend as much time as needed to ensure that you are taken care of throughout the process and that all of your questions are answered. Fantastic. Mike was absolutely outstanding--this was the second inspection he did for me (the first on a house where the contract didn't proceed because of an inspection objection). He is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. No doubt I would use him and this company again.

When I arrived to attend the home inspection there were 3 people already on the premises inspecting the property (they arrived early!) As first time home buyers purchasing an older home my husband and I were anxious to hear what was found. All three people were thorough and explained findings to me as I watched. All were quite professional and patient with me. We paid for the most detailed and expensive package (other package was $825) to make sure that we didn't miss anything. Well worth the extra money. Would absolutely recommend this company and team!

We are purchasing a new construction home and our real estate agent, Paula Workman, recommended your company for a home inspection. While no major issues were uncovered, there were concerns that need to be addressed by the builder now to avoid bigger problems in the future. Having this report completed by a third party makes us feel better informed for our walk-through. Mike was extremely professional and thorough while also taking time to explain his findings and answer our questions along the way. We would highly recommend your company to others and recommend that a home inspection on new construction is worth the investment.

I refer Lee to all of my real estate buyers as he's extremely knowledgable and thorough. He recently helped my client save $30,000 on their home purchase when he noticed structural issues that the structural engineer we hired missed. Lee was able to refer us to a new structural engineer who specializes in older homes who literally saved my client from losing tens of thousands of dollars. I trust Lee implicitly and while he isn't the least expensive, I know I can count on him to protect my clients with their home purchase. He's always on time, very professional and provides an on-site typed report with images. If you're investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into a home purchase, I'd never recommend skimping on a value inspection company.

Inspector was very thorough and answered all of my questions before, during and after the inspection. He was comfortable with/and encouraging as I followed him like a shadow, trying to understand all that he was doing. Top job!!!

Lee was prompt, professional and thorough. Lee took the time to answer all of my clients questions and concerns. He was personable, friendly and didn't rush.He was willing and able to enter a very small crawl space area and fully inspect the entire property.

Lee with Pillar to post was on-time, informative, and easy to work with. I was able to confirm everything online, even signing my service agreement electronically over the internet. The report was provided not even a day after the completed home inspection. They provided me a beautiful report with photos in a nice, hard-bound folder to keep for life. Worth every penny. Based on Lee's home inspection I was able to add many items to our inspection response with my Realtor. The inspection paid for itself considering what we ended up getting the Seller to fix prior to closing. In addition, in regards to some of the smaller items I will eventually take care of myself, I now have a report and a reminder of what needs to be done. I Highly recommend Lee Kastberg @ Pillar To Post. I was a Realtor for 5 years and worked with many inspectors. He was definitely one of the best.
