Do not get involved with Interior Design Company or The Phoenix Rising Design company. Both companies represent themselves as desig n and remodel companies. They are not, more importantly in the past 6 months they have gone through 4 different names. They change their name after ripping people off and start all over under a new name. So rather than watching for the company names be more concerned about their names. They will change company names constantly. Watch for Nanci Strickland or(Degelman) Alex Degelman, Jimmy Stewart, Phil Martinez and Ivy Dodd. The only people who should contact the above people are the police! Anyone who meets any of the above people and thinks "they seem nice" call the Denver District attorneys office or the Douglas County Policy Department. They will be happy to tell you all about these criminals.
Description of Work: We were involved with a company named 'The Interior Design Company" we payed them over 100,000 for a job that was never completed items which should have been ordered but never were such as carpet, cabinets etc...This company dissolved and sent a representitive from phoenix rising to our home to say they had bought the original company and would be finishing our job. Phoenix rising did nothing but try to get money from us for no work at all after realizing they were also a scam we would not give them any money up front. Watch for these names Jimmy Stewart, Phil Martinez and Ivy Dodd, Nancy strickland and Alex Degelman if you see any of these names "run for your life" see my review on The Interior Design COmpany and know that this company is connected with them and does the same type of busines and are probably all involved.,also know these people are all being investigated by the Denver DA as well as multiple detectives from various counties. Be aware also that Nanci and Alex have criminal backrounds and NAnci has felony convictions. These are very bad people!!
