handyman service
+ -1 moreHe is really good and honest. His price is on par with what everybody else is charging. We have used him on and off throughout the year. He is very observant and mentions about what fits in rightly or wrongly.
Description of Work: Phil Silberman did some drywall in my daughter's bedroom, put up shelves and did other small works too. He has done framing in the past. He does all kinds of things.
