We had nothing but trouble with them.  We had to take them to small claims court.  At the end of the day, the judge was so tired that he clearly didn't listen to anything I had to say.  We didn't win the case.  If you are going to work with her, you need to have a detailed outlined contract explaining each person's responsibilities, the materials, the labor, all of the things that a professional contract should have.  Keep her to it.  It was just a disaster.  The individual's name was Elizabeth Buelitz.  Make sure she adheres to real professional standards and uses real professional documentation.  She was not reliable in any sense.  She would go back on what she said.  She wasn't even internally consistent with what she said.  I would recommend finding a more professional operation.
