I first worked with Patrick when I was having work done on my condo about 3 years ago. He remodeled a bathroom and my kitchen. He did a great job with both and was very reasonably priced. He communicated well and was always on time. 
Just recently, in March, my fiiancee and I decided to do some work on the house we will be living in. I imediately thought of Patrick and had him come over and give us some quotes. He has completed the hardwood floor in our foyer and the downstairs bathroom.
 
In the foyer, he took the time to remove all the flooring (2 layers) currently on the floor instead of just putting the wood over what was already there. He helped me pick the color of stain to use (I wanted very light, my fiancee wanted darker) and did a great job transitioning the hardwood with our carpet, especially where we have stairs. Both my fiancee and I love the color and we have received numerous compliments on the new look of the foyer.
In the bathroom he replaced all the fixtures, removed wallpaper and painted the walls and ceiling, and completed the hardwood floor (the bathroom is attached to the foyer so we had him put the hardwood in here also).  It is a beautiful new room and I can't even remember what that old wallpaper looked like!
Patrick will be completely gutting both our upstairs bathrooms and I have already picked out all the new cabinets, tile, flooring, sinks, lightfixtures and paint. I can't wait!

He did a really good job.   He was very professional.  He knew what he was doing and he did it.  I thought his price was a wee bit high but prices are always higher than you think they’re going to be.  The quality of the work was exceptional.  He was prompt; if he was going to be late he called.
