Repair took a few days longer than expected, but this was not Pearl's fault. Three or four bumper covers ordered new directly from the manufacturer arrived damaged. Though the flaw was minor, Pearl insisted on a flawless new part. I greatly appreciated this and their dedication to quality. (Since the cost of repair was paid by the other driver's insurance, I did not pay attention to price.)

The quote was $1500 which seemed very high. We had the work done elsewhere for $1000 and are completely happy with the job.

They did a great job of repairing the car in the first place! When it was done, we found 1 or 2 things electrical that were bad after the repair, but Pearl set us up with the dealer to have a look and when the dealer determined that Pearl had created the problem, Pearl took full responsibility. These people are good, keep you informed and follow up!

The estimated cost was somewhat less than that of another estimate from an Angie's List highly rated shop. The final cost increased 11% higher due to the hidden damage. I have no complaint about the additional costs, but it was a bit bothersome to be told that this was in the usual range; a kind of suggestion that that I should be happy. I am satisfied that the charge was honest, but the psychology was not good. The work was scheduled and was expected to be completed in two weeks after it was started. It took an extra two days; another minor annoyance.

They were great. They only charged me for painting the piece and they had it ready exactly when they said it would be. Then they installed it for me while I waited, it only took a few minutes. They were very professional, friendly and even for such a small job they made sure I got the estimate and knew what they were charging me for, prior to beginning the project.

When I went in, they were friendly and courteous. Clean, very clean office. Easy access to facility. The estimate was such that I left the vehicle the day the estimate was done, and actually got it back a day earlier than they had first promised. I have been very pleased with the service and the quality of the work.

Pearl Auto Body did a terrific job on my car. The paint work was neat and the service was professional. This was an insurance claim, so I did not have to pay, personally, But the attention and care they took really gave a good impression. The lead estimator and customer service person is a woman and I would recommend this place for body work to anyone, especially women. Another perk is there is a car rental place just around the corner that is very convenient.
