PEAK TO PRAIRIE INSPECTION SERVICE

Have used Kenton twice to inspect homes I have made offers on. Despite his slightly higher price, I chose him over other inspectors because of his reputation and experience. He is a Certified Master Inspector, one of only 13 in Colorado. That, combined with the age and condition of the first house I was interested in buying, made him a logical choice. This house was older (1906) and in need of significant work, so I wanted to be sure I was fully aware of any issues. I was not disappointed. His inspection was extremely thorough, lasting four hours for a 1300 sq foot home. None of that time was wasted, either. He has a very keen eye for defects and potential concerns, and was very helpful in providing additional information for my benefit, such as recommended maintenance and potential improvements. The contract for the first house fell through, but I found another house of roughly the same age, but significantly better condition. Even so, Kenton's inspection was no less thorough for this one. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection, if he's available, but particularly for older homes and homes in need of serious repair. Completely satisfied with my experience.
