Agent at center tried to scare me into an upgrade saying 12-18" of snow was expected. TV said 1-2" expected. I said no insurance I have my own. Agent put it on my contract and said sign here to decline but it actually said I agree. Windshield wipers didn't work. Saw other people at return counter that had same experience.
