Paul represented the seller in my recent home purchase. While I cannot comment towards his professionalism with his client, I believe the buying process was made more difficult then it needed to be. First off, Paul took off for vacation right before our resolution deadline, and seemed to provide his client with little direction. Our deadline approached fast, and the seller had to call my agent to ask what paperwork needed to be filled out in time. A month after closing, a roofing company showed up at my door stating Paul had not paid them for some work yet and called them to meet at my house without letting me know. Very unprofessional.
