I spoke with Lance Woodman re my project and sent him pictures. He told me Paul would call me the following Monday. I never rec'd a call, called Lance back and he had Paul call the next day. Paul then scheduled two appointments to come to my home. He never showed, never called and a eventually texted me and told me he wasn't interested in my job. This set me back about two weeks. I feel they were very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Paul was very quick to respond and give me a quote, which was less expensive than another quote. Service was prompt and they did a great job with sealant and in matching mortar color.

Mr. Clark missed one appointment, cancelled another, and was difficult to schedule with. He provided very little feedback or insight on a project that I was looking for ideas on. His estimate was as ballpark as it could possibly get, which was not helpful at all. The project may have been too complicated for him, because at every turn of our discussion he was looking for an excuse as to why he didn't want to do it or was too expensive to do it, without ever providing specific details or figures. Really just a bad personal experience with the guy, so I didn't hire him. He may be very good at his craft, but if you are working on a budget or want your contractor to be specific with details, I probably would get a few other estimates.
Description of Work: Visited the house, discussed an estimate

I called the company, Paul came out and gave us a apx. amount it would cost depending on how much time it took. When to do it depended on their schedule and on the temp. of the weather. Two very experenced men spent 8 hours repairing the damage. Paul came by the next day (he always called to tell apx. when he would be there) to inspect the job with us and to collect the check . He garenteed it for one year.
Description of Work: Replaced decorative stone facing on the side of the house. Some of the stones near the bottom of the facing had become loose and seperated from the cement foundation. It was a whole day job and they supplied some of the missing stones and replaced the grout. Its looks very nice.

I did not use him.
Description of Work: I had Paul come out for an estimate to add bricks to a new garage addition. He was referred by a neighbor who used him a couple of years ago. He showed up when he said he would and was professional. He took a look at what I wanted done but he didn't really seem like he was interested in taking on the job.( Not sure if it was too small of a job or what?)He gave a verbal price for just the front (about 4' high and 2'wide) and he quoted me $980.00 just for that part. I told him that was more that double the other estimates I had received. I told him that was a little high of a quote for me and we left it at that.

I met with Paul Clark Sr at the house and explained what I wanted done. I didn't want the entire foundation tuckpointed because it had been painted over. I only wanted it tuckpointed 'where needed'. This is a bit subjective. After the work was completed I received a bill for significantly less than the estimate. However, I didn't think enough tuckpointing had been done. I talked to Paul again and he sent someone out to finish the job to my satisfaction. The overall job was completed for less than the original estimate. The company is very professional and responsive, doing quality work to the customer's satisfaction.

Paul Clark never showed up for a scheduled appointment. I called him and he said he forgot and wanted to reschedule our appointment for an estimate. I declined. I made a point to be home and he wasted my time.

Paul and his workers showed up when he said they would, were professional, polite and did a good job and cleaned up after they were through. I felt that his price was fair.
