Currently we are booked until August 15, 2016. Cost is determined by the job. No travel charges. Service fee of $90.00 includes service call and diagnosis of system. Working rate $80/hr billed in 15 minute increments, parts are separate. We do not service Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Broomfield or areas further out. On 3/13/19 we woke-up without any heat so I put in a call to Paradise Heating right on the dot of 8:00 and who should answer the phone but John (the owner). He understood my anxiety because there was a big snow storm (and cold temps) about hit all of CO. John scheduled us in right away for a call that morning. The problem turned out to be a quite a tricky one that he was able to figure out ... but ... he was going to have to make a trip downtown to pick up some parts RIGHT AS THE SNOW STORM WAS GATHERING STRENGTH. John gave me a call once he got to the supplier because it took him longer than expected (due to some traffic lights failing) and gave me an update on when he expected to be back at my place. By the time John got back there was already inches of snow onthe roads and it was getting slick, but, John didn't hesitate about continuing with the repair and it was another hour before he had fixed our furnace and he could head home. This was customer service that went beyond what any customer could expect. A big thanks to John!

Wow. Everything about my experience with Paradise Heating and Cooling was positive. I called the number listed on Angie's List and the call was immediately answered by John Demereckis. I told him that my furnace stopped working Thursday night. My house was getting colder by the minute. And, I was trying to find a technician to repair my furnace before the weekend. He asked me to describe what was happening with my furnace, which I did. He said he was pretty confident the solution would be quick and inexpensive. When asked about his service fee, he replied it is a standard $80. Better yet, if the problem was what he suspected the $80 service charge would also pay for the repair. He said he could be at my house within 30 minutes, and he was! The problem was exactly what he described on the phone. The repair was made in less than 20 minutes.
After repairing my furnace he provided a free inspection of my hot water heater. He collected brand, year, make, and model information for both my furnace and hot water heater and explained that should I need a service call for either unit in the future he would come with the necessary parts. That's awesome!! Who hasn't called a repair technician who charged the obligatory service fee, then required considerable time to diagnose the problem, then had to retreat to "the shop" to get the necessary parts, and every minute and mile being billed at an "express service" rate? Receiving quick, honest, affordable service makes me feel like I won the HVAC technician lottery. John will definitely be my "go-to-guy" for HVAC service and repair. Thank you!!

They provided detailed quote and explanations of the options. Compared to 2 other companies, they were a better price, but we chose them based on the positive reviews. We were very pleased with the installation and follow up communications.

Well, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the diagnosis was quick. But my beef with them is that they no longer give written estimates. The gentleman gave me a verbal estimate of $300 for the motor and $90 for the labor. But when I got the bill later that day it was for $530. I don't like those kind of surprises. I think the amount you pay should be known up front by the customer and in writing.

"My customer is right. We should have been more precise in giving her a price. My technician neglected to mention the initial service call and diagnosis of his first visit. This and the tax is what added to the bill. We still feel that our pricing is very fair, probably to a fault actually. Most other companies would have been double the amount or more for what we did. I found Paradise on Angie's list 6 years ago. John came out immediately and repaired my furnace in VERY cold weather - a God send. Then I had the company come for the air conditioner. They charged the unit and got it going for me. I have had them come 2 more times for AC. I am always pleased with their kindness and concern and, of course, with their expertise. Very honest and reliable. I highly recommend them. When another national company was called by mistake, that outfit told me I needed a new unit, even though I DID NOT. I told them I would get another opinion, called Paradise, and they fixed the unit for little money. Oh my, I am grateful for Paradise!

I tired to use they at my new house because we wanted to get an evaporated cooler installed. But they are no longer doing evaporated coolers. They are doing more Traditional Air Conditioners. They gave me a reference to someone else, which made me sad because they did such a good job, before. They did a great job.

I e-mailed Paradise for a quote after having the problem diagnosed by another company. He broke down the quote by materials & labor rather than just giving a blanket dollar cost. Their quote was the best I had found and in line with what I had seen online for similar repairs.
The tech was on time, completed the work quickly, and took care of submitting the warranty info.

He arrived early and described the payment alternatives. I selected a cleaning and inspection instead of a trip fee. He went right to work to find the issue with my furnace that had kept it from running. He discovered a wiring problem that had occurred following some remodeling being done in furnace room. After the furnace was running again he completed his cleaning and inspection. He found no immediate problems which was a relief. Although he did observe that the motor was showing some wear by listening to the noise the bearings were making. It was a confidence builder because most furnace people immediately want to sell you a new one. He worked hard and was very professional. I was impressed.

All staff were professional, timely and flexible to scheduling around other subcontractors during a remodel. The work was excellent, did not require any call backs after the installation and even found some inefficiencies in some other duct work related to cooling distribution and corrected this without extending the schedule. I would highly John and his firm to anyone.

Though the company stated they are booking a month out, they were able to work us into their schedule. John called to say he would be 20 minutes late for our appointment. When he showed up he was polite and ready to get to work. John tested everything with our AC unit and quickly determined that our blower motor was getting too hot and shutting down. He left to pick up the new motor and promised to get back as soon as possible. John called to let me know he was on his way back which was reassuring. John also noticed that the system was overcharged and removed about a half poind to protect the compressor. He also showed me how to clean out the outside condenser. We had a great experience, great service and great price. Thanks for a job well don!

The work was professionally done...and then some. My initial call was with Joshua. He was very patient, provided all the information I needed, set-up an appointment for an estimate, and.... did not attempt a sales pitch (which I really appreciated).The owner (John) contacted the city to confirm regulations and current code status, regarding the ceramic liner, in order to provide all of my options.Technicians (Manuel and Nathaniel) did the work expected but went above and beyond to meet Paradise high quality and standards. Two other vendors provided estimates, but I cannot be more pleased with my decision to use Paradise.Now, all of the ductwork is prepared for a new furnace planned for this fall.The job will go to Paradise Heating and Cooling!

This is definitely my HVAC company of choice. I have never had a tech show up that wasn't honest and reliable. On top of just being good and decent people, they do not overcharge and explain everything in as much detail as you want. The installation in this case of the humidifier went very well. Tech was efficient, clean, and extremely nice to my over-excited puppy who apparently wants to apprentice. I got a thorough introduction to the easy-to-use humidifier (and it is working extremely well!!). Tech found an issue with one furnace but said nothing needed to be done now but that I should just keep an eye on the fan. It is little things like "keep an eye on it" that really sets these guys apart from some of those other charge-happy businesses. In Summary: Definitely use them!

The work was finished quickly and professionally. I have old flue piping from 1953 so the size was difficult to match. Paradise Heating and Cooling tech quickly found the correct size flue pipe and finished the job.

I booked the appointment about 2 days prior as they were one of the only ones with an 'A' rating with time to come out and not excessively high rates. They also bill in 15-minute increments, not 60-minute increments.
He came out 30 minutes early - he offered to wait in his van before I could say I don't mind. Very friendly and professional right away! He promptly got to work to replace the gas line to the dryer. It took him about 45 minutes, but he only billed for 30 because he tried to just seal the leak first. That didn't fix it, so he didn't charge me for those 15 minutes. After he fixed it, he waited a few minutes to test the dryer and make sure it heated up.
Very kind, professional, and reasonable. Didn't over-bill or do excessive work, and only charged cost for parts. Oh, and he was very friendly with my hyper dog - always a good thing.

The technician, Ryan, arrived at the beginning of the window. He understood immediately what was wrong with the furnace and quickly fixed the problem. He was courteous, professional and efficient. The next time I have a furnace problem I am calling Paradise first.

Very punctual, always called to give an updated time window. They replaced the faulty blower motor in the furnace. They initially thought several other items needed replacing due to damage from the blower motor, but were honest during the followup repair visit (after the diagnostic visit) and only replaced the part needed, saving about $400. Worked at normal labor rates over the weekend. Called a few days later to make sure everything was working ok. Will be using them again.
