NoProblem Plumbing and Drain

AWFUL!  Install of clean-out was not necessary.  Last plumber was able to go through toilet just fine.  NoProb said, "Insurance companies don't like to have plumbers on roofs."  They led me to believe no plumber could go on roof to clean out main.  When they cut vent, pieces of pipe went down and got stuck in main line.  They didn't mention this.  So when they sent their rooter down, their blades snapped off when they hit vent piece that made main narrower.  They denied this, but you can see a shiny blade on scope.  They said I had to have line "jetted".  Nope again.  The plumber I hired after I figured out NoProb were snakeoil salesmen, cleared the pipe quickly w/ rooter.  Rocky, employee of NoProblem Plumbing & Drain, asked me several personal questions. Such as, "What does your exhusband do for a living?  Is that where the bucks are coming from?"  He also referenced what was in my savings account.  My bathroom was left a total disaster.  I spent $435 when I could have spent less than $200 with a competent plumber.
They were sent to my house by my home warranty company.  They have several phone numbers and a couple of websites on various business cards and invoice.  Just look out for Michael Bitton, Owner/Manager or NoProblem Plumbing & Drain.
After the 2nd plumber fixed everything and gave me correct information, I called Michael.  I told him I wanted a total refund because I had to hire someone after them to do the job.  He said he would send a check.  I have yet to receive one.  And I really don't think I'll be seeing one.

Michael and James came on Time, explained what is the problem, how they are going to fix it, and more important told us the prices Up Front !! Did the Job Fast and left the work area clean. Oh, and Yes they did the cleaning, it was very nice of them.
