"Customer paid a deposit for install job as is required per company policy on any job requiring parts or equipment to be purchased. Customer was to supply the heater only. Customer did not want to re-schedule the job after a mis-communication in scheduling. Customer then harassed the technician that went out to the job site initially. Customer then stated that he would have as many people he knew post negative remarks against the company."
"Customer pointed out unit on roof and said they had had several other companies out to evaluate the system. Customer requested the unit to be replaced. Job was completed as requested on rooftop AC unit. Furnace was not wired correctly as no signal was getting to the rooftop unit. Unit was functioning correctly on rooftop. Customer said they would call the company who worked on the furnace previously to fix the problem. Also, Rob is not the owner of the company, he is the service manager."
