They're pretty good about helping me out. The fuse was only about $13 but there was the service call and labor charge. Whenever I would call them and even if they were really busy, they would tell me they could squeeze me in. I really do like them. I had them do many things and they always come when I need them to come. Even though they're pricey, they were able to fix things on my old hot tub.

THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE REPAIRS WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR HOT TUB. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO PREVENT THE SAME PROBLEM FROM RECURRING.

CAL SPAS HAD FIRST TRIED TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE. WHEN THAT DID NOT WORK, THEY HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ALL THIS WORK WAS DONE UNDER WARRANTY.
