July 9, loaded in Denver. Ray, owner, claimed we hadn't told him about all goods to move, and raised quoted price 10%. We agreed to pay. It was supposed to be a 3 day move to Albuquerque. On July 21, late at night, we got about 1/2 of goods. Teens hired from Craigs List, mishandled and damaged furniture unloading. We were told truck was too small to bring all our goods. No help from customer service. They promised delivery, but it didn't happen. Finally we were told we owed $630.00 for the remainder of our goods. There were missing/stolen good when the truck came of August 5.. We paid the $630.00 just to get what they had. These moves are subcontracted to guys with UHaul trucks. Please don't use National Moving Systems. You will be sorry.
