Dont use this company. There not supporting their warranties and change their phone number regularly. They will install an inferior product for a "bargain" and then block your number. They are falsely represented themselves as BBB accredited and they are not. They have Multiple complaints over the internet and have multiple outstanding complaints against them take a little time to review.

Poor customer service communication or equipment installation. Most likely vendor's health issues consumed/clouded ability to provide adequate service!!! Pictures available on request.

Yes all the negative reviews are true just google his business this guy Del will take your money and do an install and sell you a warranty. When something does happen you will get a hold of him once he will say ok I will call you back and then continue to block your number. We will be taking legal action against this company after multiple text messages and emails and voicemails I gave you a chance to do what’s right but now I’m sorry we will be taking you to court. Hope the 5k was worth it.

Mr. Nanino was unable to reach me (my fault) to say that his man was sick and we had to reschedule, so he drove over to the house to tell me in person so I wasn't waiting around. He found someone else to do the job later that day. He was very nice, and extremely responsible and thoughtful.

They quickly identified the problem, showed us the failed part, went to buy the replacement, installed the fix and got the furnace functioning properly.

Fantastic! Nanino is in a class by themselves, they show up early, explain everything, do everything they say their going to, they got everything done on time, No flashy trucks or offers to do things we didn’t need, Just hard working honest people, I would recommend them to anyone, very resonable and actually reassuring to work with.
