Moving
Guys forgot to load dining table and chairs, upon being asked to load it into the moving truck they almost didn’t do it and one of the men got visibly angry and tossed his equipment onto the ground. My niece was rudely asked if there was anything else and due to their anger she got upset and didn’t double check their work. They left about 15 to 20 large and medium boxes including her oxygen. Initially we were told they would rectify the situation but this morning (move was yesterday 8/5) This morning we were rudely told we would have to pay an additional 200$ on top of the 530$ even though it was their mistake. Now I have to find new movers and I’m very upset and I feel that they should be removed from your site as they had terrible customer service. In addition they said that they would have COVID-19 protection and neither of them had masks
