They had a plan and worked the plan to success

We had 4 movers (Dakota, Teague, Josh and Joe). All 4 young men were friendly and took obvious pride in their work. Each person carried out their assigned roles effectively and efficiently. They even took packaging we had from the prior movers to reuse for future projects. We would definitely recommend this moving company.

They were very friendly, speedy, and did a good job. The only issue is that they didn't secure the drawers in my media console so one of them fell out and cracked. It's not a huge deal and hard to notice, so I'm not going to make a big stink, but they should be more careful!

Move Master's Team was great they worked hard and even though they dropped a piece of furniture & broke another in transit they coordinated with their repair man to have the items repaired.

They kept in contact with me before, during and after to move. They resolved the issues I had with damage during the move.

They kept their word on calling to confirm, arriving on time and finishing within the quoted time period. The 2 movers were very professional and we had zero issues throughout the entire process!

Have only completed the first part of the move-picking up and storing excess furniture, but they handled this part efficiently and professionally and expediently.

The crew showed up ready to work and on time. They were very careful and yet worked quickly humping my stuff up and down three flights of stairs. Price was fair and they followed up well to see how everything went.

Tim was very helpful with my short notice move. Damien called the day before to confirm and to introduce the two movers who would be doing the work. Jesse and Carlos called to confirm arrival time, arrived on time, were respectful of our instructions and very carefully moved everything. Their challenge was moving from a 3rd floor apartment which they did professionally. They dis- and re-assembled a bed frame perfectly.

Had an estimator come out and he provided what I thought was a fairly accurate quote. Scheduling was easy and fast. I was a little disappointed that the packers missed quite a few things the first day. The moving team did their best the next day to make-up for the oversight. Only one item was broken (the knob of a door from the entertainment center) and only a small nick in the paint at the new house in the entry way. Not bad considering the total number of boxes moved and even a piano! I was only charged actual time so the final bill (calculated in front of me) came out lower than the estimate. I really appreciated the transparency and the final walkthrough to make sure everything was in order. Would certainly hire again and recommend to anyone asking!

First off I never give out perfect scores, we all have room to improve...however they came very close. Did a great job in a tough situation, I was visiting Denver and needed someone I could trust, Tim did a super job.

Overall Great company the people they have loading and unloading where very friendly and helpful, the price was on with what was quoted, although I could not give 5 stars cause unloading it only took them 2.5 hours but they said 3.5 but that was my only issue. over all would hire them again if we ever move.
