The person I was working with was very pushy about wanting to deal with my insurance company directly instead of through me.  The whole process was very confusing and I felt like I was getting ripped off.  However, the work seemed to be done okay.  Quickly, not cleanly.  I still find roofing nails in my garage.    NOW I have water damage in an upper bedroom and when I called to get help they could care less.  I called the number on my invoice 4 times before someone called me back.  I sent in all the paperwork and they told me that my roof is out of warranty (wrong), call a handyman.  NOT very good service.  And certainly not what I would expect when I received a folder with their "Lifetime Roof Assurance" which spells out how they want to be your roofer for life and will keep track of any issues with your roof, blah, blah, blah, all UNtrue.  The person I dealt with didn't even want to address this.  No one wants to hear from you again once they have your (or your insurance companies) money.  They wouldn't even send someone out to look at the damage.  So now I get to find a LEGITIMATE roofing company.  I say legitimate because all the research I have done on this company (too late) states to watch out for this company.  Lesson learned.

We immediately had leaks in almost every room of the house. After repeated requests for them to repair the roof, they finally said "No we won't do anymore work without more money." I had to take them to court after a long winter during many, many leaks. I did end up hiring another roofer to take care of the problems because they flat out refused. It took a year and a half to finish the lawsuit, but I finally won.

Took 5 days to replace our roof. It failed inspection. We have had no luck getting roofer to fix problems. We have contacted them several times.
