Everything went according to plan. I did cut it a little tight on getting the tile in time for the install to begin.

As I said above, the entire project was amazing. When MOTIF laid out what we could do in our budget, we frankly didn't believe them. They had a lot of experience in larger projects, but we were a little concerned with how that would translate to a smaller home. Well, we bit the bullet and told ourselves privately that we could go another $2,000 over budget (we did not tell MOTIF). They kept meticulous records of everything (as did we), and not only did we get what they promised, we were UNDER budget! Anyway, look at the pictures, because the before and after will shock you. Imagine 1970's wood paneling and glued down indoor/outdoor carpeting, single pane windows, and wagon wheel light fixtures! That was the old; the new now has beautiful soapstone counters, a "floating" desk, stunning bamboo floors, and even stainless steel appliances. Well, I don't know what else to say other than, use these people if you want to see your place completely transformed on budget.
