I loved how honest and thorough Chris and steve were. As consumers, it truly is up to us where we spend our money and Im so glad I choose to spend mine at a family company pf 30 years! Honestly its better that way! With smaller companies there are no gimmicks or trick pricing and you know who your speaking to from the first time you make contact for services, all of the way until the service is finished. Chris and Steve were nice, and made me feel comfortable being a single mom with twins at home! My cane corsos loved them too, thats always a good sign. Above all else my carpet looks brand new! Im also supried at how FAST dried! When I had my carpets cleaned last time it was so awkward, the service guys told me they dont get paid enough to move my couch! Chris and Steve didnt even ask. Its not even a couch, its a chaise lounge near a high traffic hallway, easy peasy, oh and they were way cheaper then the other people! Big companies rip you off, I swear, then have the audacity to have some kid with tattoos covering his face tell me hes not moving my couch. Anyway couldnt be happier! You have a client for life! Christopher and Steve did a great job. They were early, explained the process well, and thoroughly cleaned up my carpets for an affordable price! I will be using their services again!
