They sent guys out and charged us $400 to get up there and spread around tar. It did not stop the leak at all, and when I tried to get them to come back out, they refused. They were terrible. I spoke to the owner, and he said he didn?t know what the problem was and he would get someone else out here. That never happened, however, and the other supervisor I spoke with was not interested in helping us at all. They did not do a good job. I would never use them, and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are bad news all around.
