It's always a pleasure dealing with Mike and his technicians. They are thorough and extremely professional. The job was completed quickly when the parts arrived(specialty adjustable shocks), and the price estimate was spot on. A couple days later I noticed a spot of coolant under the truck and envisioned a major repair expense of water pump or engine head replacement(due to horror stories I read on the internet concerning the tendency of the heads on my particular hemi engine to warp). Mike's technician diagnosed a simple thermostat and gasket replacement which fixed the problem completely. Never a problem with Merrill Auto Electric's work, they know what they are doing and are honest about it. Cheaper than a dealership without the sales hype. I highly recommend Merrill for all auto service needs.

They were having an oil change special. We've used them for over 20 years. They are not the cheapest repair shop in town but they give a good estimate about what we need to have done and they stick with the estimate. They perform the work they tell us they are going to do for the price they are going to do it and it is always done pretty much right the first time. On rare, rare occasions have we ever had to go back to them for work that wasn't done right. They are very consistently good.

Merrill is thorough and capable. Been going there with many vehicles for many years.
