First, Joel responded to every text, call, and email in a timely manner. He was on time and did a very thorough job with our terrible box elder bug infestation. The first treatment was noticeably effective; however, we still had too many bugs so he had Joe come out a week later and do a second treatment for no extra cost. Highly recommend Mean Green.

So far we have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Mean Green and Joel. We initially called them out to take care of some wasps and yellow jackets in our back yard. Unfortunately the wasps have been persistent so Joel has had to come back a couple of times. He is always so friendly and prompt, and he is great at providing information and answering any questions that we have. Mean Green services are great value for the cost. Highly recommend this company!

Joel is knowledgeable and effective. He quickly determined that we had squirrel "squatters" on our roof and in 2 days trapped them. He installed a new trap just in case and is clear about his followup support.
