AWFUL!!! We had to have someone else come in and spend 5 days fixing what this guy Sean did to our floors! To make it worst he denied he did anything wrong and then became irate and extremely offensive.

Completely ruined our flooring! When we contacted him he stated that the floor must have been "improperly installed" or in his words "poor building". He then gave me a phone number to a"professional Floor Guy" (which he used quotes) and said to contact him to have the floor fixed. He resulted to making accusations and name calling. He went as far as to say "Take me to court if you want" I have never been treated so rudely.
Please save yourself costly repairs and emotional stress... DO NOT use this guy Sean! It will now cost us $2,500 to have our floors repaired.
I wish I could paste the text messages I received from this guy. He called my husband "hard of hearing" and a total "***". We have been nothing but patient and cooperative with this company.
