This tile project went very well. This is an old house so it presented some surprises which Dennis knew how to deal with. It was apparent that he had a great deal of experience with problem solving and installation. He has great attention to detail.

My wife and I remodeled our master bathroom, interviewed multiple contractors and selected Dennis to do the job. We choose Dennis because 1) he appeared to do high quality tile work 2) was only going to take on a single client at a time and would start right away on our project 3)provided a fair price (didn't over charge us). Dennis told us up front that he works 8-2 each day and that it would take them a little longer than other contractors, but that was fine with us. He and Andre would show up on time, took extra care to cover our carpets so they wouldn't be harmed in the construction. We had a funky pattern in our tile that we wanted followed, it wasn't the easiest but Dennis made sure we were happy with the work every step of the way. The project took a little longer to complete (3 weeks instead of 2 weeks) but that was fine with us. The one hiccup in the project was the shower floor was uneven and was pooling in places. Dennis was awesome in how he handled the situation, he pulled out the problem tile and redid the floor making sure it was leveled and draining correctly. He even went and purchased extra title for the mistake he had to correct. I know it was extra time and money but we really appreciated him standing by his word and doing the right thing. For for this we did tip the guys as a thank you. I also want to mention we have a 2 year daughter who they were very kind to each day. We were actually kind of sad when the project finished because we wouldn't see Dennis and Andre. As with any contractor I would be as detailed as you can be with every aspect of the job you want done, that way there are fewer mistakes and Dennis can price the project correctly and give a correct timeline. We were pleased with Dennis and Andre's work and have already recommended them to our friends. You won't be sorry if you use them!

Found him through HomeAdvisors.com, Dennis came out and gave us a fair and upfront estimate to replacing our front door with a brand new one, came back the next day and installed our door, he and his son did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. Very nice father & son team, asked questions and took care of what needed to be done in under 3 hours.
