The furnace stopped working on a cold night. I called the next morning for an appointment and the receptionist told me a tech would be here within a couple of hours. The tech called to say he was on his way over sooner than I expected. They said they prioritize "no heat" calls, which I appreciated! The tech asked questions about the furnace so he could come with the appropriate parts for a likely fix. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 15 minutes. He stayed while the furnace cycled a couple of times to make sure there were no other problems. He also showed me the failed igniter so I could see the reason it quit. I was very happy with the whole experience and would call them again.
