Description of Work: They did heating and return running as well as bathroom fan set up. This was for a partial basement finishing with 1 bedroom, 1 room, 1 bathroom. They were always punctual, called the day before, and/or called if they would run late. Very nice guys and very professional! The only minor thing I would have to say is that I would have like them to pick up all the metal shavings and other stuff since. But that wasn't too bad. They still have to come back and put the covers on once drywalling and painting is finished. I am sure that'll be all fine.

+ -1 moreThe furnace stopped working on a cold night. I called the next morning for an appointment and the receptionist told me a tech would be here within a couple of hours. The tech called to say he was on his way over sooner than I expected. They said they prioritize "no heat" calls, which I appreciated! The tech asked questions about the furnace so he could come with the appropriate parts for a likely fix. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 15 minutes. He stayed while the furnace cycled a couple of times to make sure there were no other problems. He also showed me the failed igniter so I could see the reason it quit. I was very happy with the whole experience and would call them again.
Description of Work: The furnace igniter was replaced.
