Mr. Hernandez (who previously worked for Swingle Tree and Landscape Care) was initially hired to rake leaves and put my vegetable gardens to bed. However, he stated vehemently to me that it appeared my gutters were sagging and a post on my front porch was "rotted" and they needed immediate attention. I paid him for the services and came home to find that he cashed my check the same day but did not complete 3/4 of the job- that being the post replacement and the gutter clips. I called on numerous occasions and he failed to return my calls, never completed the work, and begand screening his phone to not even take my calls. He is a sketchy young man who takes advantage of his "clients".
