I had a coupon to try this company. I wont hire them again.

Whomever it is that answers the phone (Grace?) was not very professional.  Perhaps she was swamped by the Groupon offer.  She seemed distracted and it took an inordinately long time to have her attention long enough to finalize the details of the appointment.  We scheduled a two-hour session to clean the empty house first.  Please note that the house had been vacated and cleaned already by the people moving out so we were looking for some additional deep cleaning of bathrooms, windows, tile floors and things that usually get missed.  Two college-aged cleaners showed up on time and well-supplied and my wife met them there to oversee the work.  She briefly described maybe 90 minutes worth or work to do hoping they could do an extra thorough job.  Instead, they slowly went about the work and literally didn't get to half the list.  In fact we ended up paying two people to take two hours to clean two bathrooms and half a kitchen that were already cleaned before we got there.  My wife was not happy and didn't want to even use the 2nd Groupon but since we already paid for it we decided to give them another chance on the condo move-out cleaning.
This time, I scheduled the appointment and gently mentioned that we weren't happy with the first job.  The woman claiming to be the owner said she would come to do this one personally.  I met them after work at 4pm at the condo --well, I met one of them.  She said the owner was running late.  Keep in mind we already cleaned the condo before we moved out so we just wanted the oven cleaned, fridge cleaned, floors and windows cleaned in the 1 bedroom unit.  The woman that arrived on time started on the kitchen and seemed to work hard (but slow) the entire time.  The owner called her several times before arriving so they spent about 15 minutes each of my time talking on the phone (getting directions).  When she did arrive a half hour late she had fast food bag in hand and ate and talked for 20 minutes or so while the other lady worked.  She spent about 20 minutes on the bathroom and vacuuming and about 10 minutes explaining to me why they couldn't do the windows because the oven was so dirty and they started packing up to hit the door when the clock hit two hours (which was about an hour and a half for the owner).  We got a solid two hours from the one lady but about 20 minutes from the owner so understand that we paid for four "man-hours" to get the oven cleaned, the kitchen floor mopped, the already clean bathroom re-cleaned and the two rooms vacuumed.
I only give them a "D" overall because one out of four cleaners actually did a good job and worked hard.  Will never use them again.
