He has extended hours. He was there working on Saturday. The bill was much lower than I had anticipated. It was a fair price, even for him. He fixed the screen on my Mac earlier on for $200. If I hadn't bought the part, I would have had to contact Apple. I can't think of anything I disliked about him. However, it took him a little while to get back to me. He also got overwhelmed suddenly.
